What counts as a "run"?
A run is one complete agent execution: an event comes in (email, ticket, webhook…), the agent decides, acts and closes. A 10-message conversation counts as one run, not ten.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrades are immediate and pro-rated; downgrades take effect at the next renewal. No lock-in, no penalties.
What happens if I exceed the included runs?
We notify you at 80% and 100%. On Pro, each extra run costs €0.02. On Free, agents pause until the month renews — no surprise charges.
How does the Pro trial work?
14 full days, no credit card. You get access to every Pro feature including Guardian, audit trail and 10,000 test runs. When it ends you can subscribe or go back to Free.
Is the LLM model included in the price?
Yes. Hivematic uses LLM models optimized per task and we cover inference costs on Free and Pro. On Enterprise you can bring your own models (BYOM) or connect your OpenAI/Anthropic/Azure account.
Where is the data hosted?
All plans use data centers in the European Union (Frankfurt and Milan). On Enterprise you can choose the region or request on-premise self-hosting on your own servers.
Do you offer discounts for startups, NGOs or research?
Yes. Startups in their first 24 months get 50% off Pro for a year. NGOs and academic research groups get free Pro access on request.
Can I get an invoice and pay by bank transfer?
Sure. Every payment generates an electronic invoice via the Italian SDI. On Pro we accept card or SEPA; on Enterprise payment is annual by bank transfer with 30-day terms.
